Central committee

The affairs of the Society are managed by a central committee of eight. The committee appoints biennially a Chairman, who is also the President of the Society, a secretary and a treasurer.

Branches

SASS has regional branches in Kwazulu-Natal (Durban and Richards Bay) and the South-western Cape. The affairs of the Society's branches are managed by branch committees. The size, composition and duration of office on the branch committees are determined by branch members. The chairperson of each branch is ex officio a member of the central committee.
