Committee

A central committee of eight members, who must be members in good standing, manages the affairs of the Society. The committee is elected biennially by postal ballot, and committee members hold office for four years on a rotating basis in a ratio of four to four. The committee appoints biennially a Chairman, who is also the President of the Society, a secretary and a treasurer from among its members.

The committee must, in terms of the constitution, meet at least once a year, and three to four meetings per year are the norm.
